Brief Intruduction to New Type Quicklime Briquette Machine
The lime briquette machine is also called quicklime briquette press machine or lime briquetting machine, with the working process as follows: the powder smaller than 3mm enters the lime briquette machine to be pressed into balls with the specification of 35mm*25mm*15mm (length*width*thickness). The size can also be customized according to the requirement. The ball volume density is 1.9-2.2g/cm3 with the same falling strength as the lime bulks. After separating, the quality pressed balls will enter the finished product warehouse for later smelting process.
The shapes and size of briquettes
Our quicklime briquette making machine can compress the dry powder into square, oval shape, egg shape, round shape, pillow shape, bread shape, cylinder, bar shape, etc. Also you can make the briquettes hollow in the center. Besides, we can according to your special requirements to make the moulds for you, that means you can set the shape by yourself. Size of briquettes: as your needs within a certain degree (10-80 mm).
Application Materials
A. Coal/coke/charcoal powder.
B. Metal powder: Iron powder, magnesium oxide powder, copper powder, chromium ore, lead, zinc scrap, bauxite, nonferrous metal powder, silicon manganese alloy powder etc.
C. Mineral powder: aluminum powder, toner, gypsum, sludge, desulphurization gypsum powder etc
