Root-knot nematode is a common disease in agricultural planting. Rootknot nematodes are one of the main harmful underground insects which damage the normal differentiation and physiological of root tissues.

Symptoms:

Root-knot nematodes usually pierce roots by their stylets. Root tissues were injected into harmful sectetions by stylet of nematodes at the same time to cause malformation in the wounded part. They intercept the nutrition of crops which leads to the decline yield and quality of crops.
