Difenoconazole Wholesale
White powder, is a low-toxicity heterocyclic fungicide pesticide, soluble in organic solvents, in soil mobility is small, slow degradation. It has a wide bactericidal spectrum, and has long-lasting protection and treatment effects on ascomycota, Basidiomycota, and semi-known diseases including Streptomycota, Dicospora, Urospora, Spirospora, Occulobacter, Rhizophora, Columella, Acacia, Blackstellaria, Albinaceae, Rustellaria and some species borne pathogens.
Characteristics of Difenoconazole
It is a broad-spectrum triazole fungicide that inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis by inhibiting cytochrome P450-dependent 14α-demethylation, which leads to cell membrane rupture and cell death in fungi. The growth of Fusarium graminae was inhibited by diphenyl diazole (EC50s of hyphal growth =1.69-19.6mg/L). The growth of Sonari, Fulva, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus solani was also inhibited by difenotazole (EC50s = 0.131 mg/L, 0.069 mg/L, 0.297 mg/L and 0.252 mg/L, respectively).
