Air-cushion Belt Conveyor for level transport materials

Air-cushion belt conveyor is a kind of belt conveyor which is also called “air-cushion conveyor” that uses thin air film to support the belt and the material. Air-cushion belt conveyor replaces the roller of the general roller belt conveyor with air chambers that have holes. The air escape from the holes of the air chambers and form a gas film between the belt and bottom chute to support the belt and material when air source provide air with certain pressure and flow.
