SYX-A Hydraulic Liner Hanger

The SYX-A is hydraulic liner hangerfeatures double cones and double-row slips, set by applying pressure through the run-in string. A setting ball is circulated or dropped to a ball seat built into the landing collar. Applied pressure acts on the internal piston and moves slips up the cone to the set position.

lWorking with SQ setting-set carrier, the SYX-A is suitable for applications in horizontal or highly-deviated wells.
lThe piston sealing element is made of nitrile/fluorine rubber for higher pressure and temperature ratings.
lMain parts are fabricated with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance.
lThe structure is suitable for hanging long heavy liner in deep wells. Liner weight is distributed onto the internal wall of the previous casing more evenly.
lThe setting tool can be easily released just by slacking off certain weight and using right hand rotation.
lRetrievable Pack-off Bushing can be retrieved with setting tool, eliminating drill-out.
Application of SYX-A Hydraulic Liner Hange
lThe rotating liner hangermainly realizes tail pipe suspension through hydraulic transmission. It is widely used in oil and gas wells, technical tail pipe of salt brine wells and geothermal wells and production tail pipe cementing. In the following cases, the tail pipe hanger is used for cementing:
