Chinese Dehydrated/AD/dried Cabbage flakes/slice
1.We choose Fresh sound clean cabbage which has been peeled, Cut to desired shape, Blanched and process by hot air dehydration. The glucose could be added as requests.
2.Different sizes could be produced: 15*15mm, 20*20mm and others
3.It has typical cabbage flavor. The main ingredients are cabbage and glucose. The color is natural green and light yellow.
4.Packing : 15KG/CTN ; 20KG/CTN Or as requests
5.The cabbage products should be protected from sunlight. Or the color would changed easily. Then stored in cool and dry area. The shelf life is about 18 months.
