Bridge/Construction Board
According to the use purpose, HQC Bridge/building construction boardis a temporary supporting structure, which is made according to the design requirements. In general, Bridge/Construction Board is to make a mold, pouring concrete into it, and making it into a component. Bridge plywood/Construction Board produced by our company can be divided into wood building templates and bamboo building templates according to their materials.
Wood Plywood
HQC Wood Plywood produced by Fujian Heqichang Bamboo Product Co., Ltd. is sometimes referred to as HQC Wood Plywood or wood formwork, which is rotated into veneer using eucalyptus wood.
Adhesives for bridge board/Construction Board generally include urea-formaldehyde adhesive, melamine adhesive, phenolic adhesive, etc. Wood building templates are generally based on melamine adhesive, and bamboo building templates are based on the phenolic adhesive.
The specifications of the Bridge/Construction Boardare generally 1830*915 mm and 2440*1220 mm. The thickness is generally 10-15 mm. Of course, Bridge/construction plywoodcan also be customized according to customer requirements, and the thickness depends on the actual use requirements. Under normal circumstances, 1830*15 mm is the common specification for wood building templates, and 2440*1220 mm specifications are occasionally used, while most bamboo building templates are with 2440*1220 mm specifications.
