Usually used for Kill Manifold
The sealing face of core and seat is overlaying-welded with hard alloy with erosion and corrosion resistance.

Choke Valve
Choke valve is classified into needle type adjustable, barrel-type adjustable and orifice feature in design
Driving mode: Manual & Hydraulic
Connection Mode: Flanged and thread
Working Pressure: 2000~20000PSI
Nominal Bore: 2 1/16”~4 1/16”
Feature in design
Valbe needle and valve core are made of hard alloy steel with some properties of erosion resistance and corrosion resistance
Take the effect of adjustment of flow-rate and pressure and opening/closing the choke valve.
Needle structure is used for X -mas tree assembly, and barrel for choke manifold.
Mud Valve
Design complies with the requirements of API SPEC 6A and other relevant specification.
Connection type: flange, inner-thread, union and weld
Between the gate and seat adopts metal seal or non-metal seal as required.
Working Pressure: 2000PSI, 3000PSI, 5000PSI
Nominal bore: 2”~5”
Plate Valve
Feature in design
Comply with the requirement of API SPEC 6A;
Valve structure includes two kinds, i.e. rising stem and non-rising stem
Connection type: flange, thread, collar and butt welding
Driving model: Manual, Gear drive and Hydraulic.
Gate structure: Integral and expanded
The sealing face of gate and seat is overlaying-welded with hard alloy with erosion and corrosion resistance.
The valve seat is classified into floating and fixed structure;
Stem filler adopts lip structure with reliable seal and small operation torque.
