To realize the dedusting efficiency of charcoal briquette machine, the key is to fully cover the rotating area of spiral head.

To improve the atomization effect, the spiral head ofcharcoal briquette press machineshould properly increase the amount of nozzle. While, the amount increase should avoid the water content on surface of coal from being saturated. Partly water pipes at the elevating part of spiral head should be connected with high-pressure glue pipe.

To avoid the nozzle from being damaged when discharging coal from spiral head, the nozzle can be fixed with steel plates. To avoid the siphon between water pump and water channel, FTM equips the charcoal briquette press machine with suitable pump for pressure increase.

After using the spraying device, you should discharge all the water remains out to avoid the fracture in winter. If not doing so, you will confront the problems like poor quality of mineral powders, low heating value and high production cost. Feasible adjustment on charcoal briquette machine can make dynamo work high-efficiently like changing the automatic fun into manual fun.
