Finished product of hydraulic briquette machine has two kinds: metallurgical iron briquette and metallurgical iron powder briquette. For metallurgical powder, they have small size and light weight. They flow on the surface of steel water and are discharged along with slag wastes.

The recycling rate is low and these powder can not be used for industrial production. For many years, these powders are always being processed as wastes.Actually, these powders are treasures. By using hydraulic briquette machine to process mineral powders, we can improve the antioxidant activity, stabilize the chemical elements, solve the difficulties like flowing and slagging, improve the melting speed and recycling rate.

The work ofhydraulic briquette machineincludes the following steps. At first, we use the double-shaft mixer to mix raw materials with additives for 35 minutes. Then, we pour the mixing materials into feeding slot. Next, we turn on the high pressure briquette machine. Every time, we take 20 briquettes into drying box and dry them in room temperature.

To test the dropping strength of briquettes, we make the random inspection.Considering the existing equipment and technological layout, we suggest you to use double shaft mixer, especially under the situation of low molar ratio.To dry the finished briquettes, we suggest you to take the drying box into use. Why? This drying way shortens the reacting period of water. While, for the way of natural drying, it can influence the index of briquettes.
