This line can be set according to customers'need, length is positioning controlled by computer. It can be exactly positioned, and shown timed on the touchscreen, as well as automatically count and revise. This line suitable to process outer side of sandwich panel, materials sheet are colored steel sheet, aluminium steel sheet, stainless steel sheet and so on. The inner side materials are flame retardant EPS, rock wool and so on.

This line adopts advanced technique, which integrates gas, electricity and machinery, and this line is the special equipment for processing colored steel sandwich panel. Its working speed can be adjusted by frequency converter, and it can process sandwich panel at one time. The whole line consists of decoiler, molding core, compound part(knocking our the groove, glue instillment, heating, compound, rolling, grooving, finishing, air-powered, automatically cutting). It is a necessary equipment for producing industries factories, roof tile and wall panel of warehouse.
