Rotating centralizers were developed in response to industry requirements for centralizers that could be used with a rotating liner in highly deviated conditions. These centralizers offer the following features:
a) High restoring force for optimum standoff
b) Low moving force to minimize drag
c) Allow free rotation of the pipe for maximum displacement efficiency
d) Over stop collar design minimizes moving forces while reciprocating
e) Meet or exceed API Specification 10D requirements
