METAL FABRICATION
Metal fabrication is the method of building machines and structures from raw metal materials like plate metals. Sheet Metal Bending
HSJ offers customized service of sheet metal bending parts and precision bending parts with tight tolerance. We provide custom sheet metal fabrication, including precision aluminum，SUS，iron parts. We also produce food-grade bending parts, which can be used in coffee machines and other household appliances.
Sheet Metal Stamping
As a professional sheet metal fabrication factory, HSJprovides customized sheet metal fabrication services of precision stamping parts, of which the tolerance is only +/-0.01mm. We are able to produce a wide range of tools, including countersinks, louvers, and other customized shapes. Materials include steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, etc.
Sheet Metal Laser Cutting
HSJ is able to make precision parts and laser-cut holes and edges with few burrs. We also produce laser cutting plate, sheet metal box laser cutting, laser cutting small automotive parts, robots parts and so on. The tolerance of our precision laser cutting sample honey comb plate is +/- 0.02 mm - 0.1 mm.
Sheet Metal Welding
As a sheet metal fabrication factory, HSJ offers welding service and customized cabinet welding with surface treatment. We use Tig (tungsten inert gas), Mig (metal insert gas), gas welding mild steel, zintec, galvanised steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminium. We can weld small cases or shield farme of a computer to large power cabinets. Custom service is also available.
CNC Metal Parts

Sheet Metal Chassis
HSJ produces inside and outside electronic parts, of which the size can be customized. We also provide stainless steel cooling protective cover for industrial electric heater, metal shield covers, aluminum chassis, SUS chassis, iron chassis. The application includes termination box, aluminum enclosure, server rack and electric enclosure.
Sheet Metal Cabinets
