Product Description
CNC controller: Hypertherm, Burny controllers, China PC based CNC controller.
Our basic request on CNC controller is: It can at least directly read DXF file.
Plasma Power: We mainly make HD plasma machine now.
Max 2 plasma torches on one machine.
Flame torch quantity depends on customer’s request.
Servo: Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa. Panasonic is our standard offer.
Our design is not for a nice appearance, but for easy operation/maintenance, and a long-term stability.
We have strict cable standard and wiring management, especially on grounding.
If plasma machine has interference issue, soon you will see cnc controller, torch height control, servo such parts malfunction or damaged, and if you can’t find the problem reason, it would happen again and again.
To avoid it in advance, you need high quality cables and professional management.
The stability of our machine due to such small detailed work, and that’s why all factories use same Hypertherm/Burny controllers and plasmas, but we make a better machine
We use 30kg rail on light gantry machine, and 43kg rail on heavy duty machine.
