With chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical insulation, high-strength mechanical properties and good high-abrasion processing properties, etc., this has made polypropylene quickly used in machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, construction, textile, packaging , agriculture, forestry, fishery and food industry.

Properties of PP Injection Molding

Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless and tasteless milky white highly crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90- "0.91g / cm3. It is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics. It is particularly stable to water and absorbs water in water. The rate is only 0.01%, and the molecular weight is about 81.15 million. The moldability is good, but because of the large shrinkage (1% to 2.5%), thick-walled products are easy to sag, and it is difficult to meet the requirements for some parts with high dimensional accuracy , Good surface gloss.

Drying Temperature 60-90 °C

Drying Time 2.0-6.0 hr

Suggested Moisture Content <=0.20 %

Rear Barrel Temperature 200-260 °C

Middle Barrel Temperature 210-270 °C

Front Barrel Temperature 220-280 °C

Nozzle Temperature 230-290 °C

Mold Temperature 20-90 °C
