Furthermore, PLC is something like microcomputers, which calculates the tension of unwinding rolls and rewind rolls automatically. Having the tension controlled, each machine is equipped with magnetic powder brake and magnetic clutch to control the tension actually. It realizes automatic correction and control of tension due to the PLC module, so it is more precise in slitting.
