HOW DO VERTICAL SUMP SLURRY PUMPS WORK?

Vertical sump slurry pumps are partially submersible pumps, which means that their impellers and at least part of their casings are placed under the fluid to be pumped, while the main power mechanism is kept above the fluid. They are usually made in such a way that a little liquid or splash will not cause any damage to the motor.
