PS Sheet Extrusion Line Application
PS sheet is made of polystyrene resin as the main raw material, adding various process color masterbatch, toughening agent and brightening agent, through mixing, plasticizing extrusion, three roller calendering, cooling, traction, and winding. PS sheet has the characteristics of high strength, high stiffness, easy processing and forming, good heat sealing performance, and so on. The packaging products processed with PS sheet have stable shape and beautiful appearance. It can be widely used in the packaging of cosmetics, electronics, clothing, and other industries.
PS sheet has good hardness, which is better than other sheet materials with the same thickness. The thermoformed cup can be used as a hot and cold drink cup.
