Insusox Pre-insulated air duct
Insusox is a pre insulated metal ductworkwith perfect integration of special fabric surface and high-performance thermal insulation material by utilizing exclusively patented composite technology, serving as air transmission duct and connecting Durkeesox or fabric air diffuser for air dispersion to replace traditional duct, air diffuser, air vents, air dampers, and insulation materials.
Advantages of Pre-Insulated Flexible Air Duct
Fire Safety
Fabricated with fire - retardant material , the fire safety is more reliable
Thermal Insulation Performance
The thermal insulation layer is made of high quality thermal insulation material, Integrated composite with infinite moisture resistance factor presents resulting in lower heating conductivity coefficient. thermal insulation material better thermal insulation property.
Lighter self-weight
Around 0.8-1.4kg/ ㎡ , less than 1/15 of traditional duct, one time lighter than other type of composite duct, dramatically reducing heavy load of the building plus quick installation.
Quick Installation
With the realization of integration and streamline production in the factory , finished product is delivered to site and quickly installed bycables . the installation time is 1 / 10 less than traditional air duct without any on - site material wastage.
Better Pressure Resistance Property
The pressure resistance reaches 3000Pa.
High Cost-efficiency
Compared with traditional air duct , the layout design of is simpler . Factory finished product is easy and quick for installation ,significantly cutting the overall cost.
Green
Zipper connection and special double-layer sealing technique contribute to lower air leakage with less energy consumption . By utilizing environmental - friendly material plus quick dismantle and easy storage, Insusox is a reusable product with low carbon property.
Visual Pleasing
Multiple colors are provided to blend well with any interior decoration. Individually - customized design and fabrication are available to offer flexible and considerate service
More Quite
Given the flexible material and low inner air velocity, does not generate or transmit any resonance. Meanwhile, the insulation layer absorbs machine noise providing more quiet environment.
Where to Use pre insulated flexible duct
Industry Facility Application
Isuzu is a joint venture auto producer. To propose air supply solution for the assembly workshop, both Insusox pre-insulated fabric duct and Durkeesoxtextile air ductare selected by the Owner after considering roof loading capacity and insufficient air volume. Insusox serves as air delivery duct installing at 8m in height, which connects with Durkeesox air dispersion duct at 3m via vertical duct. the solution presents energy saving, great comforts, aesthetic effect and no extra burden to roof loading capacity.
Commercial Facility Application
Auchan group was founded in 1961 in the northern French city of Lille. It is the 2nd largest retail distribution in France. In the Aushan Nantong store, Durkeesox fabric duct is applied in the shopping area and Insusox duct is selected for spaces with grilled ceiling, which contributes to a premium air condition system with advantages of energy saving environment friendly, condensation free, great comforts and no temperature difference along the duct.
Public Facility Application
Weihai gym is a large-scale training center of badminton and table tennis. Considering hundreds of diffusers, uneven air dispersion nd too high air velocity of metal duct, the owner decided to utilize Insusox pre-insulated fabric duct and Durkeesox flexible duct. Insusox is used for main duct and Durkeesox serves as branch duct, so that the cooling air can be delivered for 80m without wide temperature difference. Both the cooling air and fresh air are dispersed evenly and comfortably via precisely calculated orifices.
As one of the most professionalpre insulated duct suppliers, Durkeesoxprovide exposed air duct design, fabric air duct sock, industrial duct insulationand etc. Want to know more? Contact us.
