Front forks operate as caster forks that absorb shocks, making drivers more comfortable and improving mower efficiency. It can extend the life of mowers as well. Due to the material of the front fork being thick, the required punching force is very large. So the dimensions of the punch, die, upper mold plate, lower mold plate, clamp plate, punch pad and other parts cannot be designed as the ordinary punching mold. Instead, they must be determined after calculating. A long-stroke and large-tonnage punch press machine are necessary as it demands large deforming forces. Besides, the die clearance should be designed big enough.
