Structural Features:The body of RCB series asphalt thermal insulation pump has front cover and rear cover which are equipped with hollow jackets and inlet and outlet flanges. Pumps of this series apply to occasions where thermal insulation is required for media that can be solidified under normal temperature during outdoor installation and processing stage in alpine regions. Pumps of this type can heat the fluids under transportation and the pumps, or provide thermal insulation or cooling, with media such as heat conduction oil, steam, hot water and cold water. When viscosity of the transported media is above 1500CST, a reducer should be adopted.Model of transmission: Adopt directly linked transmission between pump and motor.Pump shaft end seal design is twofold: (1) mechanical sealing (2) sealing by filling.Users can decide as per specific use circumstances.
