We are leading manufacturer and stockist of Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes in China.Pipe Details:Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes are generally used for underground,Website:, building engineering where the site calls for delivery of hot water, steam and a range of other media that may be required.These application conditions of Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes:Can withstand temperatures of up to 165°cOperate with pressure up to 2.5 MPa (25 bar).Have a protective coat made from polyethylene of a high density with polyurethane thermal insulation filling the space between pipes.Specification of Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes:The Main Pipe is an attested steel pipe according to norm PN-EN 253.Seamless Pipe:The certified seamless pipe is manufactured under accordance to EN 10216-2 and made with P235GH material.Seamed/Welded Pipes:The certified seamed pipe is manufactured under accordance to EN 10217-1, EN 10217-2 (both ≤323.9mm) or EN 10217-2 (>323.9mm) and made with P235TRI, P235TR2, P235GH (≤323.9mm) or P235GH (>323.9mm). Also, for all diameters it is under accordance of EN 10217-5 and made with P235GH material.When using the Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes for a hot water service, the steel pipes are galvanized according to PN-EN 10240, PN-EN ISO 1461 standards.Thermal insulation of our Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes:The steel pipes we source have insulation made from rigid polyurethane between the spaces in the pipes which is made according to the requirements of the PN-EN 253 standard.Further details of Pre-Insulated Steel Pipes:Blowing agent: cyclopentaneThermal conductivity factor λ50:0.029W/mKFoam density: >60 kg/m³Compressive strength in radial direction with 10% deformation: >0.3MPaResistance to temperature: < 165°cPre-Insulated Steel Pipes Leak Detection System:The pre-insulated pipes we use can be equipped with a leak detection system which consists of wires being integrated with the thermal insulation.
