Pin sets quenching machine toolAccording to pin sets inner and outer surfaces needing to be hardened, Zhengzhou Gou’s quenching machine tools have two kinds of double stations and pin sets. Zhengzhou Gou’s has conducted in-depth study on quenching machine tools for pin sets, to introduce medium frequency automatic vertical quenching machine tools for meanwhile quenching of the pin sets’ inside and outside.It has two adjacent stations for scanning quenching of the inner and outer pin sets. The quenching transformer is equipped with on the machine tool, which is connected with a replaceable double sensor to constitute a heating station. Because the different specifications of the pin sets have different hardened depths, so the scanning speed is variable and variable range is 1.6-16mm per second. The rotary table of quenching machine tool is located in front of the heating station, and there are four fixed pin sets used double work head. After the feed disc is loaded the work piece to empty chuck, workbench will be rolled at 90 degrees. The feed disc can hold 20-25 pin sets, thus ensuring that automatic magnetic chuck always grips a work piece.After the work pieces are to be stepped up in order, they are automatically advanced to be send into the first the quenching position, and then go to the second quenching position; After quenching, delivering is automatically carried out in the order prescribed. This quenching machine tool can quenching maximum work piece’s diameter of 80mm and maximum length of 220mm.
