Detection Kit for Norovirus (PCR-Fluorescence Probing)
Using real-time fluorescence PCR technology, this norovirus test kitcontains specific primers and fluorescent probes designed to target the highly conserved regions of gene coding regions of noroviruses GI, GII, and GIV, and thus can be used for the qualitative detection of norovirus RNA in samples through PCR amplification. In addition, this digestive testing kit contains an internal control for monitoring the processes of nucleic acid extraction and PCR amplification, allowing for less false-negative results.
