PET Heat Transfer Film
Polyester transfer filmis release coated pet film (PET release film) that is coating silicone on pet film which is used as hot peel or cold peel transfer. It can be screen printing, digital printing and litho printed transfer. Compare with the release paper, PET transfer film is stronger, easy to release and high transparency and more smooth surface.
What's The Storage Condition Of Heat Transfer Release Film Or Vinyl？
Inner pack with pp film, outside with cartons box then out on a pallet. Heat Transfer film and Vinyl should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment and has a shelf life of up to 1 year.
What do we need to care about or attention to when printing?
Folding or scratching the printed surface of the heat transfer filmduring the printing process will destroy the release coating on films, and may impact a printing effect.
What Is Pet Heat Transfer Film？
PET heat transfer film is also called PET transfer film, pet release liner. Do several coating release layers on PET film substrate. The common thickness is 75u-120u, with hot and cold tearing and a matte surface. After anti-static and anti-scratch treatment, the PET transfer film has good adsorption and adhesion.
The heat transfer temperature of heat transfer PET film is between 130-160 °C, the heat transfer effect is complete, the surface feels slightly sticky when heated, and it is smooth after cooling. The back-coated anti-adhesive layer can prevent the polyester release film from being scrapped due to long-distance transportation and pressure caused by adhesion and can save transportation costs. It can reach 175-210# screen printing; Whether fine pattern or block color printing can achieve ideal results.
Thermal transfer heat transfer has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, washing resistance, weather resistance, etc. It is made of polyurethane material, which will not stick back at 60 degrees, and will not become hard or embrittled at minus 30 degrees. Thermal heat transfer release film has passed the BV test and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification.
