Choose Formwork By Function
Wall Formwork
TECON Wall formwork system mainly includes BASE 20 Wall Formwork, HETO Frame Wall Formwork, Alumi Frame Wall Formwork, Single Side Wall Formwork.
For the three systems in the modular formwork part, they can also fabricate walls and are even more user-friendly due to the handset function. They are portable Formwork, Plastic Formwork TP60 and Alu-lite Formwork.
Why Choose Wall Formwork
The wall formwork originally consisted of the frame and accessories. This results in a modular system with a wide range of applications and long service life, and universal and high efficiency for walls in medium to big scale projects under crane assistance.
It can be adjusted individually to adapt to complex shapes and high loads. Generally, the concrete building structure with high requirements on the surface and the anchoring pattern can be effectively realized using the frame wall formwork.
Column Formwork
TECON Column formwork system mainly includes Adjustable Steel Frame Column Formwork, Portable Column Formwork, BASE 20 Column Formwork, Plastic Round Column Formwork, and Plastic Adjustable Column Formwork.
They can fabricate different kinds of columns at different heights and diameters.
Why Choose Column Formwork
The design of the column formwork should be able to withstand the high pressure of fresh concrete because the relatively small cross-section requires rapid pouring of concrete. Therefore, it is essential to seal the joint very carefully and tightly.
The cross-section and height can be adjusted quickly and easily with minimum effort and the minimum number of system components, which is an essential criterion for determining the cost-effectiveness of the column formwork system. In addition, it is usually necessary to build many chromatographic columns with the same cross-section, so these systems need to be quickly transported to the next place of use without any assembly work. In addition, TECON has developed a system that utilizes the column formwork in chinasystem to meet the high requirements that often occur on concrete surfaces, the uniformity of corners or sharp edges.
Beam & Slab Formwork
TECON Slab and Beam jumping formwork systemmainly includes Flex 20 Slab Formwork, Slab Table Formwork, Aluflex Slab Formwork, Steel Deck Slab Formwork and Aludeck Slab Formwork.
Slab and beam fabrications are feasible with the three systems in modular formworks, among which are Portable Formwork, Plastic Formwork TP60 and Alu-lite Formwork.
Fabrications of diverse slabs and beams are feasible, as well as different storey heights, slab thicknesses and shapes, beam widths and depths etc.
