Continuous Ion Exchange Chromatography
Continuous dissociation technology is developed by combining the traditional fixed resin bed technology with the continuous counter-current system. This technology concentrates each process of the traditional resin chromatography in one system and operates the multi-stage separation steps at the same time, so as to reduce the discharge of sewage and waste liquid, reduce the amount of solvent used and improve the utilization rate of the resin. At present, it is mainly used for the purification of effective components such as sugars, antibiotics, amino acids and natural products, etc.
