Hot Runner Cables
We produce all kinds of hot runner cablesfor the controllers. Thermocouple cables, mold power cables, Incoe style and DME style cables. They are constructed of high quality, durable and very flexible PVC jacketed cables.
The heavy duty connectors on both ends could be single/double latch, which made based on your injection molds. Connectors can be 10 pin, 16 pin, 24 pin, 25 pin, 32 pin, 48pin, etc. Cable length can be 3 meter, 5 meter, 6 meter and can be customized.
Besides, we also accept customization for different needs, like ‘Y’ cable, ‘X’ cable in corrugated pipe material. Come and tell us your quote!
How Does Hot Runner Cables Work?
The mold power line is connected to heater and temperature control module. When thyristor in control module is turned on, load current is passed and the heater starts to work， then the mold heats up; The thermocouple line is connected to thermocouple terminal and temperature control module, and temperature signal is converted according to the thermoelectric effect. As an electrical signal, the temperature control module processing unit can measure mold temperature in real time.
