Threaded sleeve valve tube
1. Structural characteristics: The screw sleeve valve tube is usually composed of a pipe body, a screw joint and a sleeve valve. The thread on the pipe body can be connected with other pipe fittings or grouting equipment to realize the assembly of the grouting system. The sleeve valve is used to control the opening and closing of the grouting to ensure the accuracy and controllability of the grouting.
2. Grouting principle: In the process of grouting, the slurry is injected into the formation through the threaded sleeve valve tube. Sleeve valves are designed to prevent the backflow of the slurry and allow the slurry to pass through when needed. By controlling the switch of the sleeve valve, quantitative grouting and subsection grouting can be realized and the grouting effect can be improved.
