Isoluminolis a chemiluminescence immunoassay substance. The luminescence principle of the isoluminol chemiluminescenceis that it is catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase under alkaline conditions and is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide to generate an excited intermediate of 3-aminophthalic acid. ,emits a photon when it returns to its ground state.
