manganese ore briquette machine
As we know, in our daily production, there are a certain of amounts of dust, mud and waste manganese powder, especially from steel plant. These powder will bring seriously pollution if couldn’t be handled reasonably. The manganese ore briquette machine is mainly used to briquette these wasted powdery, and make them be recycling use in a more economic way. The final briquette can be ball shape, oval, pillow and square shape, convenient for transport and smelting, etc. This series of manganese briquette machine also can be used in metal powder, iron powder, magnesium oxide, copper, chromium ore, etc. Additionally, the briquettes made by this nonferrous metal powder forming equipment can be used in blast furnace process and metal smelting as chemical and smelting auxiliary material. To be specific, the steel plants can supply mill scale briquettes made by this briquetting equipment to chemical plants for manufacturing ferrosilicon. Aluminum briquettes can be put into smelting furnace for extracting aluminum. Fluorite briquettes can be used as cosolvent for making steel.
Spare Parts:
(1)Roller material can be forge and casting process. Normally, we provide 65Mn, 9Cr2Mo, Alloy Steel, high-chromium alloy and so on.
(2)If raw material is coal, charcoal powder, coke, etc. 65Mn roller is enough. It is durable and economic.
(3)But if raw material is mineral powder, like copper, chrome, mill scale, etc. 9Cr2Mo and alloy material is better.
(4)They can ensure large production and long service time.
(5)The final product shape and the size can be designed based on customer demand. The briquette size is Φ25-60mm.
