Aluminum dross briquette machine adopts dry rolling technology to compress the powdery materials with moisture content ≤ 5% into briquettes. (1)The Aluminum dross briquette machineis mainly combined with screw feeding system, three phrase asynchronous motor, cylinder gear reducer, worm reducer, electromagnetic speed motor, hydraulic cylinder, rollers, and hydraulic pressure station.
(2)Raw materials first get into feeding part, and finally processed materials get out from conveyor.The rollermaterialis made of durable alloy 9Cr2Mo or chromium alloy after forging treatment, good abrasive resistance and long life time.
(3)Ouraluminum dross briquette machine has the buffer device which can protect the machine avoiding the hard materials hitting.The roller type adopts combined assembly, shaft and roller fit tightly, and can be take apart by lifting jack.
