Quicklime powder briquette machine
Thequicklime powder briquette machineis used to convert the quicklime powder, aluminum powder etc. into solid briquettes with the round, oval or pillow and squareshape etc. The quicklime briquette machine consists of feeding part ( screw feeding system), driving part ( belt, coupling, driving shaft, driven shaft, exposedgear ), molding part ( rollers ) and pressure part ( hydraulic system ). (1)The hydraulicsystem is made up of hydraulic pump station, 4 hydraulic chambers, oil pipes etc.
(2)Itnot only can supply the hydraulic pressure,but also can protect the rollers.
(3)The top screw feeding systemis used to force feed materials and control the feeding speed.
(4)It is made up of speed motor, worm gearbox, screw blade etc.
(5)Normally, it is used for briquetting light materials, such as aluminum powder, lime powder etc.
