(2)It is mainly used for better breathability slice, strip and briquettes and bulk material, like coal bar, coal tablet, etc. drying process.

(3)Heating source is power, steam and hot air, etc. The charcoal briquettes dryer is conceptually very simple. Product is carried through the dryer on conveyors and hot air is forced through the bed of product.

(4)It is often described as simply a conveyor in a box with hot air.The reality, however, is that the belt dryer is one of the most versatile dryers available.

(5)Few drying technologies can match the beltdryer’s ability to handle such a wide range of products.

Advantages:

(1)Materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt by the feeder.

(2)The drier is composed of several units.

(3)For each unit, the hot air is circulated separately.

(4)Some exhausted gas is discharged with a special moisture elimination blower.

(5)The waste gas is controlled through an adjustment valve.

(6)The hot air passes through the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.

(7)This process will bring the material water away.

(8)The mesh-belt moves slowly, Running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The final products after the drying will fall into the material collector continuously.

(9)The top and low circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users'demand.The unit number can be selected according to the demand.
