The normal service life of aluminized zinc plate can reach 25a, with good heat resistance, can be used in the high-temperature environment of 315℃; Coating and paint film have good adhesion, good processing performance, can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc. The surface conductivity is very good.
Characteristics Of Aluminized Zinc Steel Plate:
Zinc is active in chemical properties, at room temperature in the air, the surface of a thin and dense alkali zinc carbonate film can prevent further oxidation, and aluminum in the air can form an insoluble oxide layer, in which the barrier protection function.
Aluminized zinc plates can be used in a high-temperature environment up to 315 degrees.
Aluminized zinc plate has a high reflectivity, its thermal reflectivity is almost 2 times of galvanized steel, which is very suitable for the use of steel metal roof, can achieve energy-saving effect.
Excellent adhesion between aluminized zinc plate and paint. No pretreatment or weathering is required to apply paint.
