Description of cold forged nuts
Ningbo Hewcho is a professional manufacturer of nut forming dies. We offer you a broad spectrum of weld nuts, flange nuts, locking nuts, hexagon long nuts, square nuts and stainless acorn nuts, made of steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal – with different surface finishes and coatings, as well as almost every conceivable thread size and material thickness. We will also be glad to produce customised, non-standard nuts for you, such as combination nuts, insert nuts, rivet nuts, crimp nuts, round nuts and rectangular nuts. We take on every new challenge and work together with you to find a cost-effective solution for each application.
We produce some 50 million cold forging nuts per year – that works out to about 100 thousands nuts per day. It’s entirely possible that you’ve already come in contact with one of our products today.
