What's The Order Process?

Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me); applicable to all products such as personalised enamel pin badges.

What Is Your MOQ? Can I Mix Up Designs To Meet The Minimum Quantity?

Our MOQ is 50pcs for EACH design.

Patches Design Customization Process

First of all, according to the sample, the idea of the customer design.

After confirming the design and color, the customer will enlarge the design pattern into a technical drawing of 6 times the size, and make the version of guiding embroidery machine according to this enlarged drawing.

According to the plate belt for positioning, start embroidery.

After the sample is sent to the customer for prenatal sample confirmation, the sample confirmation will be carried out on the machine for mass production.

The completion of the bulk glue: there are mainly soft glue, hard glue and self-adhesive for choice.

Edge trimming: Cut the excess thread and edges.

After cutting, wrap or burn the edges according to the customer's choice.

Packing according to customer needs after quality testing, packing and shipping.
