All orders for in-stock items and non-personalized items are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation . You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items that need to be embroidered with your name take between 7 -10 days for production. Personalized items with your logo need 3-4 weeks to process. The production times are subject to the number of orders.

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
