Nylon 6 DTY
The main profession: synthetic chemical fibermanufacturing with nylon 6 filament, nylon 6 chip, and spandex yarn as the main products, has extended to more than 30 regions at home and abroad cooperating with 25 world top 500 companies.
DTY(Draw Textured Yarn) is a stretched Textured Yarn, taking POY as the raw Yarn, and is stretched, false twisted on a elasticizer simultaneously. After deforming and heat setting it presents as a crimped Yarn.
DTY(Drawntextured yarn) is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched and deformed on a machine. DTY yarnis mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses.

lFine fleeciness and elasticity.
lDTYyarn processhas periodic network points, improving the yarn tightness and the weaving performance. It can be divided into HIM, SIM, and NIM.
lEquipment adopted: Japan TMT and Germany Barmag for producing; Uster tester, Oxford MQC NMRS for testing.
