Automaticbag-cutter is comprised of seven parts,belt feeder,bag-cutting device,screeningdevice,middle bracket,dust collector, screw conveyorandthe control box.

Working principle:

The bags of powder material conveyed bybeltconveyor to a 45 degree angle slidingplate and slidealong theplateby gravityand cut by the blade with rapid rotating.The broken bag and materialfalldown to rolling drum screen to be selected. Material from the drum conveyed by the screw conveyor and thebroken bagsandimpuritiesand blockedmaterial is taken out of themachine. Dust caused by bag-cutting is collected by bag-type dust collector and dropped off in to screw conveyor (material conveyed out by screw conveyor can be fed into material storage tank by chain conveyor and pneumatic conveying device.).
