Vacuum dryer principle:

Note: If the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser: If the SL series water ring vacuum pump or the ZSWJ series water jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser can be saved without investment.
The vacuum dryer is suitable for low temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easily decomposed, polymerized, and deteriorated at high temperatures. Is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
Vacuum dryer features:
◆ The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum is reduced, and the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased, so the heat transfer area of ??the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
◆ The heat source for evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam.
◆ Evaporator heat loss is low.
◆ Sterilization treatment can be performed before drying. No impurities are mixed in the drying process, which meets GMP requirements.
◆Belong to static vacuum drying, the body of dried material will not be damaged.
