Heat Treatment
Our heat treatment facility covers an area of 33300 square meters with more than 50 million RMB fixed assets. The annual output of heat treatment is more than 40000 t, and the annual output of forgings is more than 3000 t. WALKSON, as a reputable heat treatment manufacturer, has more than 130 employees, including more than 10 technicians and more than 20 experienced engineers skilled in different types of heat treatment. We have a sound management system, scientific quality control system, advanced equipment, strong technical force to control heat treatment cost. We have cooperated with companies from Canada, India, Japan and other countries and achieved remarkable results.
The electric furnace of our company adopts the intelligent instrument of Japan Shimaden Electric Co., Ltd., which implements multi-point uniform temperature control for the electric furnace. The center control combined with the Thermocouples inside the oven the uniformity of furnace temperature can be control between ±2℃.

WALKSON Heat Treatment Advantage
The forced cooling technology is adopted for quenching and cooling, which has strong quenching ability and ensures heat treatment quality from all aspects. The company has 6 electric furnaces and 4 natural gas furnaces, with a maximum loading capacity of 100 tons, a maximum external dimension of 4 meters in diameter, a maximum length of 10 meters, and a maximum lifting tonnage of 100 tons. We also employ experienced physical and chemical engineers and heat treatment engineers. We can conduct normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, stress relief annealing and other heat treatment requirements of pressure vessel parts. Material includes carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and heat-resistant steel.
