Gravel ceramic ball packed wedge wire screen filter
Gravel pre-packed stainless steel casing screens consist of two screens or multilayer screens
and the stuffing between the screens.
Perforated pipe inside and Johnson type screens/wedge wire screensoutside. The base pipe can be made of casing pipes, seamless pipe or welded pipe.
Usually the ID of Johnson type screen equals OD of the perforated pipe.
Characteristics of Gravel ceramic ball packed wedge wire screen filter
1. Gravel pre-packed stainless steel casing screens consist of two screens or multilayer screen.
2. Perforated pipe inside ,with perforations wrapped by the outside Johnson type screen.
3. The screen jacket and base pipe are welded together with alength of coupling.
4. The base pipe can be made of seamless pipe or welded pipe, and more often, casing pipes.
5. The filler can be gravel,sand or ceramic balls.
6. The wide range of diameters (1-1/4 to 20 in.) and connections (weld rings or threaded fittings )can be connected flexibly with customers' end fittings.
