ISO factory manufacture competitive price aluminium /magnesium fused foundry flux used as covering slagging, refining, drossing ,removing non-metallic inclusion flux in granulated form and spherical form

ISO factory manufacture competitive price aluminium /magnesium foundry flux , covering flux, slagging flux, refining flux, drossing flux ,removing non-metallic inclusion flux. Fused foundry flux in granulated form and spherical form

fused flux (refining flux in granulated, environment friendly) size:0.8-5mm chemical composition: K2MgCl4 ,K3Mg2Cl7 Package:2kg,2.5kg,5kg,25kg 1000kg on pallet. Dosage:0.25-1.5kg/AL(MT) Color: grey Advantage: 1.Replace chlorine for refining to reduce the use of nitrogen in on-line refining equipment 2.In the extrusion profile to increase the speed and increase the life of the mold 3.Reduced edge cracking when rolling high magnesium alloys 4.Reduce the number of cracks in continuous casting rolling 5.No fluoride, free fluoride emissions. The emissions of hydrogen chloride and particular are lower than the EPA new standards on the harmful gas pollutants(H.A.P.) 6.No harmful compounds 7.low melting point: <435℃ 8.Lower hygroscopicity than Mangesium chloride anhydrous powder 9. 0.5KG/AL(mt) 10.no slag accumulation on furnace, slot, online degassing equipment and injection nozzle
