3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane Description

CFS-443, 3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane is an amino silane coupling agentcontaining an amino functional group. It is mainly used to enhance the adhesion to inorganic materials including metal, glass, fillers and so on. It is the counterpart of Momentive Silquest A-2110and ShinEtsu KBM-902.

3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane Application

CFS-443 can be used as an adhesion promoter in paints, coating, adhesives and sealants industries. It is typically used in one-component and two-component polysulfide sealants.CFS-443 can be used to improve the bonding performance between organic resins and inorganic materials. It can enhance the adhesion to inorganic materials, for example, metals, glass, ceramics.CFS-443 can be used as an additive for special primers in many bonding applications.CFS-443 normally acts as a surface modifier of inorganic fillers and pigments.CFS-443 can also be used for the synthesis of textile and fabrics additives.

3-Aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane Storage

CFS-443 should be stored in its original containers. It should be used up as soon as possible after opening.CFS-443 should be stored in a well-ventilated and cool place. Exposure to humidity is not allowed.CFS-443 has a shelf life of 12 months when it is stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container.
