Penicillinase Enzyme is widely distributed in various microorganisms, especially in bacteria. As for the production of penicillinase enzyme, ourpenicillinase productis isolated and purified from recombinant E. coli, and is sterilized by filtration to obtain a sterile penicillinase solution.

Penicillinase Enzyme Product Applications
Sterility test and microbial limit test for βlactam antibiotic drugs.
Removal of residual penicillin in the environment and medical equipment.
Rapid quantitative determination of penicillin residues in milk and treatment of penicillin excess milk.
New antibacterial drug screening.
ELISA assay using penicillinase as a labeling enzyme.

The penicillinase enzyme is a sterile solution, please strictly follow the aseptic operation during use.
The penicillinase enzyme should be used at pH 6.0~8.0 and the temperature should not be greater than 45 °C.
The penicillinase enzyme should be stored at low temperature and exposed to air for a long time, the activity will be reduced. Please use within 24 hours after opening the bottle.
The penicillinase enzyme is for research use only and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment of animals or humans.
