Ethyl vanillin can be widely used in edible, tobacco, and daily products. It is also an important fine chemical product. Its aroma intensity is 3 to 4 times that of methyl vanillin. The shelf life of ethyl vanillin powder is three years if it meets the specified storage and transportation conditions, complete packaging, and unopened.
