Ethyl vanillin can be widely used in edible, tobacco, and daily products. It is also an important fine chemical product. Its aroma intensity is 3 to 4 times that of methyl vanillin. The shelf life of ethyl vanillin powder is three years if it meets the specified storage and transportation conditions, complete packaging, and unopened. Re-inspect whether it meets the quality requirements after the expiry date, and it can still be used if it is qualified.
