Pure carnauba wax STD WAX-1601
Product Introduction
STD WAX-1601 particles are uniform and easy to disperse. They can improve the scratch resistance and smoothness of the coating, and have good gloss and transparency.
It can be used in solvent-based gravure inks and water-based flexographic inks.
It can be used in UV coating inks.
In leather finishing agents, it can be used for various polishing and hand feel.
Dosage and usage
In different systems, the amount of wax micropowder added is generally between 0.5-3%.
It can usually be directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks by high-speed stirring.
It can be added through various grinders and high-shear dispersing equipment. When using a grinder, pay attention to controlling the grinding temperature.
It can be pre-dispersed to prepare a wax slurry with a wax powder concentration of 20-30%, and addedto the system when needed, which can reduce the dispersion time of the wax powder.
Package and storage
Paper-plastic composite bag, net weight: 20 kg/bag. This product is non-hazardous. Please store it away from fire and strong oxidants.
