Pretreatment: phosphating treatment, aluminizing treatment

Coating:

Applicable to corona electrostatic coating

Need to adjust the electrostatic voltage and powder output according to the metal effect (general Lower parameters are often set)

Baking conditions: Determined according to the type of powder coating

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 6 months.

The raw materials do not contain toxic substances.

No toxic gas is released during the baking process.

Precautions for use:

Avoid inhalation of dust (it is recommended to wear a dust mask).

Reduce direct skin contact.

Skin contamination can be washed with soap.
