Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating.

Coating: Suitable for corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, etc.

Curing conditions:

200℃@10 minutes

180℃@15 minutes

Carton packaging.

Net weight 20kg/box.

Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.

Storage conditions

• Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
• Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 12 months.
• Can be retested after expiration, and can still be used if it meets the requirements.

Safety and health

• All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
• No toxic gas will be released during baking.
• Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
• Operators should wear dust masks.
• Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
• Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
